+ Do I need the books?
Take the quiz to check whether the books will help you or not.
+ Can I get a refund?
No. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), once the Customer downloads a digital product, they lose the right to cancel.
Since the products are digital and instantly downloadable, refunds are not available once the file has been accessed.
However, if there’s any technical issue (corrupted file, missing page, error), A replacement will be offered.
+ How do I download my ebook?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link or with the ebook attached.
+ What happens if the ebook does not open or work?
If you ever lose access, just send an email to learnfrenchthinkfrench@gmail.com and another copy of the ebook will be sent to you.
+ Can I print the ebook?
Yes, absolutely. All ebooks are delivered in a high-resolution PDF format designed for easy printing.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by:

PayPalAll payments are protected with SSL encryption.
+ I didn't receive the email with the ebook or link to tuition lesson - What do I do?
Check your spam folder just in case. If it’s not there, send an email, and I will send you the files manually within 48 hours.
+ What level are the ebooks for?
Each ebook is labelled with a recommended CEFR level (A1, A2, B1).If you’re unsure, just ask — I’ll advise you based on your goals and experience.
+ Do you offer private lessons?
Yes — 1:1 online lessons are offered and tailored to your level and needs. You can learn more on the Tuition page.
+ Can I used the ebooks on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The PDFs can be opened on all devices: phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader.
+ Is there a bundle discount if I want several ebooks?
Yes — you can save by choosing one of the bundles. Each bundle includes multiple ebooks at a reduced price.
