+ Do I need the books?
Take the quiz to check whether the books will help you or not.
+ Can I get a refund?
No. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), once the Customer downloads a digital product, they lose the right to cancel.
Since the products are digital and instantly downloadable, refunds are not available once the file has been accessed.
However, if there’s any technical issue (corrupted file, missing page, error), A replacement will be offered.
+ How do I download my ebook?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link or with the ebook attached.
+ What happens if the ebook does not open or work?
If you ever lose access, just send an email to learnfrenchthinkfrench@gmail.com and another copy of the ebook will be sent to you.
+ Can I print the ebook?
Yes, absolutely. All ebooks are delivered in a high-resolution PDF format designed for easy printing.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPalAll payments are protected with SSL encryption.
+ I didn't receive the email with the ebook or link to tuition lesson - What do I do?
Check your spam folder just in case. If it’s not there, send an email, and the files will be emailed manually within 48 hours.
+ What level are the ebooks for?
Each ebook is recommended (beginner, intermediate, advanced). If you’re unsure, just ask — I’ll advise you based on your goals and experience.
+ Do you offer private lessons?
Yes — 1:1 online lessons are offered and tailored to your level and needs. You can learn more in the Tutoring section.
+ Whan happens if I miss a lesson?
At the end of every session, the date for the next one is confirmed. If anything happens, it is the student's responsability to email 24 hours prior to the lesson about it. The lesson will then be reschedule at a better date and time. Should there be no communication, there will be no refund.
Should the teacher cancel the lesson less than 24 h prior to the lesson, it will be refunded to you.
+ When will I get the ebook or access to the resources?
Once terms and conditions have been agreed, and payment has been made, you will be emailed the ebook or have access to the resources.
Payments made via PayPal or direct banking, prior to the session, once date and time have been agreed.
Terms and conditions are emailed before payment is made.
