These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on this Site operated by Learn French Think French.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to the sale of digital products (e-books) only.

We sell digital products, primarily e-books, available for download in PDF or other digital formats.
We make every effort to present product descriptions accurately, but minor variations or formatting differences may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices
All prices on the Site are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise indicated.
No VAT is charged on purchases.
If VAT applies in future, customers will be informed clearly.
Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price the Customer pays.
5. Orders & Payment
To purchase a product, the Customer must:

6. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via:

Delivery will be completed as soon as payment has been received.
The Customer is responsible for:

Using a valid email address

Ensuring they can download and store digital files

Maintaining backups of purchased files
7. Refunds & Right to Cancel
7.1 Digital Content Exception
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), once the Customer downloads a digital product, they lose the right to cancel.
By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that:

They waive their statutory right to cancel once download begins
7.2 Refunds
Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind

Mistaken purchase

Inability to use the product due to device incompatibility

Failure to download the file
Refunds may be offered only in cases where:

The download link is faulty and cannot be fixed

All e-books and digital materials are protected by copyright.
Upon purchase, the Customer receives a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence.
You may not:

Any breach of these terms may result in legal action.
9. Customer Responsibilities
